Mr. Gary Snodgrass was affiliated with Exelon Corporation from 1997 – 2007, a firm with $30 billion in revenues and over 30,000 employees. At the time of his retirement, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer with responsibility for Human Resource matters across the Corporation and its affiliates. He also had responsibility for the Corporate Security function including Nuclear Operations and Transmission and Delivery systems for electric utilities in Chicago and Philadelphia. He reported to the Chairman and CEO and served on the Corporation’s Executive and Strategy Committees. Previously, Mr. Snodgrass served as Vice President Human Resources of USG Corporation a firm he was affiliated with from 1973 to 1997.

Mr. Snodgrass served as a Board Director of RCM Technologies, Inc., a NASDAQ traded company from 2010 through 2021. During his tenure he was the firm’s Lead Independent Director and Chair of its Audit, Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Commonwealth Edison. Mr. Snodgrass served as President of the Board of Directors of the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC). In 2004, he was awarded the Colleague of Distinction Award by that Association. He is a frequent speaker and published author of two management books, Stepping Up ….12 Ways to Rev Up, Revitalize and Renew Your Career and When Your Career Means Business.

Mr. Snodgrass is the recipient of the 2004 Human Resource Leadership Award, presented by Hunt-Scanlon Corporation, a prominent consultant to the executive recruiting and human capital industries. Mr. Snodgrass holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management (Chicago) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University.

Mr. Snodgrass is a former Mayor of the City of St. Augustine Beach, FL. He is Managing Director of Snodgrass and Associates, a management consulting firm providing executive development, leadership assessment and strategic and organization studies to leading companies. He is Co-Founder of the Snodgrass Family Foundation, an entity that provides financial support to non-profit organizations.

Mr. Snodgrass was previously an Adjunct Professor of Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, IL and of Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL. Mr. Snodgrass and his wife, Patsy T. Snodgrass have three adult children and reside in St. Augustine, FL.
